The construction of this estate is under the supervision, inspection, and direction of Ampal Constructions Nigeria Ltd, which has guaranteed that VCG2 will be ready to receive its first homeowners by January 2023.
The Local Government Chairman – Engineer Samuel Nwanosike, the Surveyor-General – Noel Elenwo, representatives from host communities (Omuoda and Mbodo), and other state and local officials were present at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Victoria Creek Gardens 2; an enormous developing project (estate) with peculiar features designed to ensure a full-scale luxurious lifestyle for its future residents. The local government chairman, Engr. Samuel Nwanosike was very delighted. He expressed utmost gratitude to the MD/CEO VCG for such an ingenious initiative to bring development and growth to the area. He referenced the support of the community members to the initiative and also stated their willingness to provide support whenever needed.
